ssentif: So I decided to do it. Post a before and during picture. I’m not nearly close to “after” yet because I will work on my health till the day i die. But here it is. There’s a difference of 8 kilos (17.6 lbs) on the two pictures. It’s actually now, when I put these two pictures next to each other, that I realize how far I’ve come. A year ago I thought that I couldn’t run, I wasn’t built for it. A year ago I thought that lifting weights would make me look like a boy. A year ago I couldn’t control myself when there were sweets around the more, the better. I was tired, had no energy and felt quite bad about myself. You might think that my goal has been weight loss, and yes it was. But I’ve realized that a “good looking body” (well that’s kind of relative to say..) is just a plus. I’ve never felt as good as I do now, psychological and physical.   I also know that some people might think that you can’t post these kinds of pictures “There’re too nude”, “You just ask for attention” etc. But I want to post them because I’m proud. I’ve come so far and learnt so much and I just want to tell all you people out there how’s committing to a new lifestyle, whether it’s to lose 20 lbs, run a marathon or just be a little bit healthier, you can do it. I promise.
